Objective: I will be able to understand the functions of yeast and how to properly use it when completing the pizza crust lab


Agenda:

1. Complete Pizza Lab-- Punch down dough, roll out, top, and bake. You only have 12 minutes to prepare your pizza for the oven! It must be done in 10 minutes or it will be raw!!
