Chocolate Chip Cookies Day 2

Objective:  I will be able to make chocolate chip cookies while properly measuring and understand how to read a recipe by the end of the period. Agenda: 1. Review bell ringer and submit! 2. Objective:  I will be able to understand how to produce a recipe from start to finish and understand measuring by the end of the period Agenda: 1. Assign Job Roles & Review Recipe 2. Pizza Day 2

Objective:  I will be able to understand the functions of yeast and how to properly use it when completing the pizza crust lab Agenda: 1. Complete Pizza Lab-- Punch down dough, roll out, top, and bake. You only have 12 minutes to prepare your pizza for the oven! It must be done in 10 minutes or it will be raw!! 2.  Complete: Lab Evaluation Form 3. Watch:  What is gluten? 4.  Watch --  How it's made: Bread/Pizza Bell Ringer:  Demo Pizza Day 2 What is the leavener that is inside our dough? (what helped make the dough rise?)

What temperature should our water be?
